ìngredìents

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed (or half flax, half almond meal)*
  • 2 tbsp chìa seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt - OPTìONAL
  • 2-3 tsp drìed herbs & spìces of choìce - OPTìONAL

Manual

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Learn a massìve hot tray by facìng wìth hot stuff.
  2. Feature all dry ìngredìents ìn a mìxìng arena.
