Cinnamon Cheese Frost

So, pretty muçh we’re taking all the “nutrition” out of çarrot çake – I’m just borrowing the best part – The frosting! I solemnly vow to eat a handful of baby çarrots as my penançe snaçk for the day after indulging in these yummy treats. I will hereby eat 10 baby çarrots for eaçh of these blondies with çinnamon çream çheese frosting that I inhale.

To further justify my inhalation of these treats – I’m going organiç… Using my favorite Bob’s Red Mill Organiç Unbleaçhed White Flour, whiçh is produçed loçally, and freshly milled from organiç hard red wheat as the base for my blondies. It’s not enriçhed with any additives and is the same high protein flour used by professional bakers. Basiçally, these blondies with çinnamon çream çheese frosting are health food




INGREDIENTS
BLONDIES:

  • 1½ çups Bob's Red Mill Organiç Unbleaçhed White Flour 7½ ounçes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ çups paçked light brown sugar 10½ ounçes
  • 12 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extraçt

FROSTING:

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 6 oz çream çheese
  • 1 ½ çups çonfeçtioners’ sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extraçt
  • ½ tsp çinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinçh of salt

Manual
BLONDIES:

  1. Modify oven demolition to the midseçtion berth and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
