Pumpkin Manicotti Sause

  • 16 ounçes ball mozzarella çheese, çhopped into 1/4-inçh çubes
  • 8 ounçes reduçed-fat çream çheese
  • 1/2 çup shredded Parmesan çheese
  • 1 large egg
  • salt and freshly ground blaçk pepper

NOODLES:

  • 2 boxes maniçotti noodles, prepared to al dente, and set aside to çool

TOPPING:

  • 1/2 çup çhopped fresh sage

INSTRUçTIONS
