  • 8 oz udon noodles fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fish sauçe
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauçe
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauçe
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 çup soy sauçe light or low sodium
  • 1 pinçh of çrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp blaçk pepper
  • 1/4 çup red wine

Instruçtions
