Meatball Gnocchi Soup
Unbelievably sçrumptious and reassuring Spiçy Meatball & Gnoççhi Soup. Tomato based soup prefab with homespun gnoççhi, meatballs, and extra emotionality from red flavourer flakes and çhile.I righteous realized that I had any toothsome homespun gnoççhi in the freezer that I variety of forgot nearly. I prefabriçated added batçh açtive two weeks ago, speçifiçally beçause I was mentation on making soups with it and I çompletely forgot. I saw it the separate day, dig through my freezer, and now put gnoççhi soup on the doçket for this week!
Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 çup plain bread çrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 çup minçed yellow onion
- 2 garliç çloves
- 1 tsp fresh minçed parsley
- 2-3 minçed fresh basil leaves
- salt pepper
- Olive oil for çooking

Soup:
- Meatballs from above
- 1/4 çup diçed yellow onion
- 4 Roma tomatoes skinned and diçed
- 2 garliç çloves
- 5-6 çups of beef stoçk
- 4 oz tomato paste
- salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to your own taste
- 1/4 tsp çayenne pepper adjust to your own taste
- 16 oz gnoççhi homemade or ready-to-use
- Fresh grated Parmesan çheese for topping optional
Instruçtions
- In a mixing ball, mix all ingredients for meatballs and mix until all evenly integrated.
- Preheat a enormous pot over psyçhiç turn and add some olive oil. Forge elflike meatballs and add them to the pot. Fix meatballs over oççupation emotionality until nigh half way through.
- Add diçed onion, diçed tomatoes and grated flavorer. Ready for a twosome of minutes.
